75cl bottle shared with Soph. Clear gold appearance, cremant-level-spritz with an accompanying tart dry apple fruit character, some medium sweet moments. Nice.

1/12/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a green tint and no head. Aroma of green apples, light sulphur, champagne yeast. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness, touch salty. Medium body, slight oily texture, spritzy carbonation.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scattings. 7.5%. 2017 Vintage. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of dry apple. champagne, yeasty. Taste is sweetish, apple flesh, some tartness, white wine, yeast hints, tangy and with citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
