Bottle from Cork & Cask. Clear deep golden body with a thin white head. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of cider vinegar and green apple. Flavour of bitter lemon and green apple a very dry, mouth-puckering finish. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Boozy and harsh. Didn’t enjoy this, couldn’t finish it.

Clear golden, no head. Maakun smells Cantillon, I agree, weird funk. Floral, strange herbal, “wijnruit” (translates to “rue”), watery applejuice with strange funky floral/herbal notes. Low carb. Very different than the amazing #9. Yet a tasty beverage.

Bottle at home, from Oliver’s online, 25/05/20. Almost clear golden blonde with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is funky apple, dusty hops, pear drop, sweet notes, melon, hedgerow esters. Taste comprises sweet apple pulp, sugars, light hop presence, light pineapple chunks, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy hybrid.
