Spelt Saison. In collaboration with Craggs & Co. of Sedgefield, County Durham, their ancient grain lends itself brilliantly to a saison, an old farmhouse ale. The smell of citrus and hibiscus hops lead to spicy flavours, sweet residual sugars, nutty buckwheat and a dryness from the spelt.
