This is our new(novo) stronger perry, which is a nice change in the world of perries – stronger but quite dry. As with many of our drinks, the taste is refreshing and the strength creeps up on you).

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2010. Proper green silver perry colour. Bit sweet, but the pear fruit really comes through, it’s ok, but a bit straight up pear fruit.
