440ml can, online from Cork & Cask Edinburgh. Pours clear dark amber with a beige cap. Aroma: malt, caramel, hedgerow berries. Taste is malty, caramel, earthy, hedgerow berries, prominent bitter, slightly astringent finish. Medium body with fine carbonation. It's missing any taste of the sea, but a nice beer anyway

440ml can. Pours a deep amber, almost clear, beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, citrus fruits. Taste is malty, caramel/toffee, earthy, rye, strong bitter finish. Don't think I can taste any seaweed or even any salt in this.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sea salt and copper. Flavour of seaweed and cigarette butt. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. An interesting concept but I don’t think it worked; it’s very savoury and salty.

Can from the Bottle and Jug Department in Worthing. This beer was brilliant. Delivering in mature rye feeling combined with fruity hops and drifnitely getting the saltiness in it all. Some sediment left at the end.

Clear, slightly lively red beer with a thick white head. Smell is zesty, tropical fruit and a little saltiness. There's a decent amount of saltiness in the flavour, citrus, grapefruit, maybe some pine, a little spice and some savoury flavour from the umami flavour mentioned in the description. Could quite easily have gone wrong but it's balanced really nicely. I wouldn't want loads of it but it's pretty tasty.
