Our Great Taste Award winner Holly is refreshingly low with a 0.5% ABV. Her low alcohol label is not to be underestimated. With her cider apple nose, a touch of acidity as the end note and a wonderfully light tannin aftertaste that only 100% pressed cider apples can give, this lady is a finitely balanced medium cider with strong roots in our range.

Sample @ obscure lager tasting with Jeremy. Thanks Graham for this. Clear pale yellow. High carb, not too much flavour, very thin some distant syrupy fruit but generally relies on the spritz to do most of the talking.

3rd August 2021. The world lager and UK cider tasting with Mat: Cheers Graham (Grumbo) for the samples. This wasn't good, fizzy and weak tasting. Scored kindly!

13/6/2021. Can from WiseBartender.co.uk. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple juice, caramel, light syrupy notes. Medium plus sweetness, with a very light tart edge. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. It’s ok, lacks body.

500ml bottle form Beers of Europe. Sparkling, golden colour, white bubbly foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, sugary. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, some tanginess and a light hint of funk. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet slightly tangy finish. Quite OK.
