Draught keg at the Castle, Leicester. Light to mid-gold with a large (but fairly quickly dissipating) cream-coloured head. Spicy aroma, very tea-y and floral. Dried grasses and definitely loads of Earl Grey. Taste is a fucking revelation with the initial sweetness dampened by the drying quilts of the aromatics. Overstewed tea in the finish. Light body with medium carbonation. A great beer, I'm assuming it's a hangover from Pride month (if so, bog kudos to Shiny for producing an event beer that isn't just a throwaway).

440ml can from Beer Metropolis. Gluten Free. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of fruit tea, candy, hop. Taste is pale malt, floral fruity, tea, wood, some citric, musky with tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity woody bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Contemplating continuing cooking our Bullfighters Beef Stew with Macaronade. Pours warm gold with a white head. Really quite aromantic on the nose, also floral and a little perfumey in the mouth but with a good bittersweet balance. Soft in the mouth, furry bitterness on the tongue, really good beer.
