Bottle split at the XmasKracker tasting, thanks to Fergus, Watford 10/12/21. Lightly hazed golden yellow topped with a thin white crown. Nose is funky pear, earthy, straw, hint of lemon wax, herb. Taste comprises pear juice, light funk, hay bale, farmyard notes, grains, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid perry.

Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a few bubbles on top. Medium sweet flavour, mellow funk, lemony tang, a little musty cellar. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Finishes with sweet, semi-ripe pear, more light musty dryness. Sound.

Can shared at the watford Christmas tasting 10/12/2021. A light golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody pear, grass, tangy pineapple, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody pear, bark, white sugars, tangy pineapple,. Palate is semi sweet, tart, effervescent, moderate carbonation. Authentic fruit, mellow funk. Lovely.
