500ml bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity pear, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, pear, fruity, syrupy with biscuity notes and funky hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. OK

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ home.

Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none, white head. Aroma is moderate sweet vinegar, sweet apple - pear vinegar, pear vinegar, light pear and barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet light acidic and acetic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110629]

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 07-05-10 Pours shimmering silver touch cloudy. Crikey this is a mouth wakener, really zappy but gloriously full on in the mouth, some nail varnish also noted, quite interesting to have the Blakeney Red and then have this one. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

At the cider festival, the Royal Oak, Bath 13/06/09. Pale green/yellow in colour and cloudy. Sweetish aroma of lemons and melon. Flavour of sweet, juicy pears with some citrus and a dry finish. Good.
