42nd floor beer share. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and pretty dry. Reasonable minerally carbonation. Light thin malts, trace of cream. Spicy mid. Mild saison herb. Modest floral fruits. Dry spicy finish. Decent straight up Saison.

1 pint can from Mikkeller Webshop.
Deep yellow, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of dough, bread, grains, spices, flowers, honey, some sweet fruits.
Tastes similar, with some more grassy notes and some citric hops coming through.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, spicy, medium sweet, a bit dry, a bit bitter, floral, grainy, a bit hoppy, subtly warming.

Tasty. A bit on the sweet side, but in a lovely, nectar like way. The overall impression is really smooth, greatly balanced, with just enough spicy and hoppy notes and a well hidden alcohol. Really quaffable.
