Can. FUCKING EXPLOSIVE GUSHER!!! Two thirds right on to the FUCKING coffee table. 8, as in EIGHT FUCKING months before BBD, assholes!... Black with a beige head, caramely, dark malty aroma, roasted malt and some choc and glue. Sweet roasted malt, caramel flavour, some dark berries. Thanks...

Can at home. Pours a dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma of raisins, cranberries, brown malt, bread crust, brown sugar and leather. Flavour is similar with a touch of roasted malt and coffee. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a soft bitterness. Malty and tasteful. Solid ale.

Draft. An almost black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of prunes, wood, caramel, malt, and dried fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of prunes, dried fruits, caramel, nuts, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample from can at Fridtjofen's Yule beer tasting 2019. Deep reddish brown colour, lasting off-white head. Nice malty aroma and flavour with notes of oak and prunes. Will re-rate if I have a full can.

Shared can at the yuletide beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 13th and 14th of December 2019. Dark copper. Persistent beige head. Aroma and taste of medium dark malt, dark caramel, berries, prunes and hints of spices.
