Can. Unclear, deep brownish amber body under an off-white head. Aroma is malty with caramel, bread, nuts and some wood, there is actually also a hint of fire camp as well. Taste is sweet and malty with toffee, bread, wood and ash. Fine body and long-lasting aftertaste. Nice with a prober bock any now and then.

0,44 boks (takk til Bergstaden!), hjemme: vakker brunrød kobberfarge med fint offwhite skum som varer helt ned til siste dråpe. Et deilig, maltdrevet øl med fin dybde - mørke karameller, ristet brød, havrekjeks og forsiktig hint av urter og citrus. Balansert og fløyelsmyk. Saftig. Perfekt på en kald novemberkveld. Vi drikker egentlig alt for lite bokkøl her til lands!

440ml can from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Shared with Finn. Bubbly off-white head slowly diminishing over a dark brown-ruby body. Fair lacing. Promising aromas of roasted malts, scent of prunes. Mixed taste of dried fruits, bread, and dark caramel. Rounded malt-driven ending, lightly roasted. Fine depth. Likable. (Session at Bergstua, Malangen 29.10.2020).

Fellesinnkjøp med Rune. Delt på Bergstua. Ultramørk amber. Middels høyt tett skum med litt farge. Karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken knekk. Tørr avslutning.

De har noen grep som ikke er typisk for bokkøl, men det fungerte greit, og så kan man krangle om det er en ekte bokk eller ikke.

Brown with off white head - Malt aroma with some caramel notes - Malt body with some caramel and some wood barrel flavours in the back - Dark malt with some sweet vanilla wood and lactose goes into the finsih - This was nice

Can at home. Has an unclear deep reddish brown colour with beige head. Aroma of nuts, bread crust, leather and dates. Malty and little sweet flavour of bread crust, fudge, leather, raisins and nuts. Has soft and slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Nice, malty and sweet bock. A little careful aroma.
