Himla Humla is a rich, hazy and alcohol free pale ale. Vast amounts of Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra hops have been added late in the brewing process and in dry hopping. To contain proteins and give the final beer a nice mouth feel, this beer was not boiled during the brewing process.

Bottle from the House of Trembling Madness. My first from this brewer, and a new region to boot. Hazy yellow-gold with a lasting white head. Silky-smooth mouthfeel, and unusually for a low alcohol brew the body is not too thin. Nice tropical fruit aroma continues into the taste. The light bitterness works well, but it's a little let down by the wheaty aftertaste. Nevertheless this is actually that rarest of things - a decent low ABV beer.

Trinkt sich gut, aromatisch und fruchtig. Gewohnt malzig. Sicher etwas vom Besseren in dieser Sparte.

Pale blond colour with light haze and lasting head. Fresh pale malts in the aroma. Reminds me a bit of warm wort. That maltiness is there in the flavour too. Most alcohol free beers fail at this point with a stale finish, this one not though. There's light zesty citrusy notes and some soft, juicy notes too. Mandarin, peach. Great job.

Pours hazed blonde. Small white head. Scent is raw indeed, but more like 'raw malts', not as DMS forward as expected. Taste is recognizable NA. Not as DMS loaded as expected, at all. Relatively smooth. Mild bitterness. Low hoparoma. Dissapointing in terms it's very recognizable NA, and it doesn't show to be raw ( which might be a personal preference, but nevertheless not in line with expectations) Great body though.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Murky golden body with a white head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange peel and plasters. Flavour of hop pellet and waxy lemon.thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A quality beer.
