Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. It pours an almost clear golden colored body under a minimalistic white head. The aroma is lightly smoked, in a ham-like way, with generic fruityness. Sort of Belgian yeast kind of fruityness. It’s full-bodied, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Yeast-fruity, with a herbal note, some grass and ham-like smoked pale malts. Some bready hints too. Lightly yeasty-spiced, fruity finish. A quite decent one, although a bit untidy. 220708

500ml bottle, #0024, kindly shared by lmojoh. Steady white head, next-to-clear warm golden body, spotty lacing. Mild malt-fruity nose, mid sweet. Moderate taste profile of ripe banana sweetness, hints of citrus and a yeasty touch. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Accepted. (Bakken rating session with djoeye, Finn and lmojoh, Hamna 10.09.2020).

Aroma is tart fruity yeast, with hay, lemon and notes of apricots and stone fruits, as well as bubble gum and some perfumey notes. Full body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart yeast, with notes of hay, wood, citrusy notes and light farmhouse, minerals and perfumey notes.

Fra flaske på RBHD sommeravslutning på Tau, juni-17: lett uklAr strågul med ok skum. Noe slapp og uinteressant aroma og smak med lys malt, gule epler, snev av citrus og blomster. Forgettable. 4-3-5-3-8.
