We are excited to introduce you to out latest collaboration, brewed with out dear fiends from DOK Brewing. Whats up DOK is a rich and decadent imperial stout brewed pilsner, pale chocolate malts and lactose. To give it a fruity aroma we added cherries and raspberries during fermentation. The result is a rich and flavorful aroma of chocolate and cocoa, balanced out by the fruit.

Sample from can at HaandBryggeriet tasting, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.8%. Pitch black colour, small tan head. Aroma and flavour of roast malts and chocolate, hints of cherries and raspberries. Very sweet flavour, too sweet for me, really - even if this is a sipping beer and not a refreshment beer. Hints of liquorice. The flavour is also fairly alcoholic.

Solid powerful evening sipper. Did also work fine in the summer sun beside mighty Drammen river with some good friends. At first it was a bit cold and it felt like a licorice bomb. The sun helped the remaining flavor to shine through. Lovely cherry and raspberry feeling together with chocolate and dark malt Balanced fine sweetness. Not as sweet as many other pastry stouts [Can at Skur 4 in Drammen, Norway]

Shared can at Mi2 at Cardinal 22.06.20. Ebony. Some brown head and lacing. Aroma and taste of fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, cherries, coffee, dark cocolate, confectionaries and black malt. Raspberry sweetness is balanced by hop bitterness and moderate berry acidity. Long aftertaste. Good and interesting!

Shared can at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, cherries, raspberries, liquorice. Tastes sweet with some roasted bitterness. Medium to full bodied.
