We are excited to introduce you to out latest collaboration, brewed with out dear fiends from DOK Brewing. Whats up DOK is a rich and decadent imperial stout brewed pilsner, pale chocolate malts and lactose. To give it a fruity aroma we added cherries and raspberries during fermentation. The result is a rich and flavorful aroma of chocolate and cocoa, balanced out by the fruit.

Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: a bit malty, grains, caramel, sweet impression, soft roast, spicy, black liquorice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots of caramel, alcohol, some milk chocolate, bitter hops. Aftertaste: alcohol, sweet, malty, caramel, slightly sour, raspberry jam. Nice one!

Can at home. Pours a dark brown to black colour with a small beige head. Aroma of dark cocolate, rye bread, oak, ash, cocoa, tobacco and roasted malt. Flavour of dark chocolate, oak, tobacco, leather ash and some sweet cherries. Warming alcohol in the background. Has a soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Rich and tasteful.

8-5-8-4-16 Can, # 1346, seven years before bbd. Pours pitch black, with a creamy mocha head. Aroma is roasted malts with chocolate and vanilla. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with coffee, dark chocolate and dark fruits, as well as notes of lactose and vanilla.

Kjerrheia 011120. Black color with a brown head. Aroma is coofee, chocolate, cocoa. Flavor is coffee, oats, roasted malt, sugar, caramel, chocolate, alcohol, lactose, cherrie, raspberries. Very nice beer.

Drukket på Bergstua. Svart. Mokkafarget skumring. Utmerket aroma av sjokolade og kirsebær. Munnfølelse som tykk motorolje. Smaken kompleks. Bær, nøtter, sjokolade & frukt. Tydelig bringebærpreg etter tvert. Tørr avslutning. Skikkelig dessertøl.

Svart med brunt skum. Lukter noe bål, lakris, kaffe og solbær. Fyldig. Søt. Melasse, lakris, mørke bær, noe bittet kaffe og mørk sjokolade. Middels lang.

Can. A black one, with a rather oily pour, topped by a dense finger-thick brown head. Curtains. Oats, coffee, roasted malts, caramel sauce and a faint raspberry touch in the aroma. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and really smooth on the palate, quite sweet too, but not in a sticky way. Roasted malts, oats, coffee and caramel sauce in the flavor, along with some raspberry and brown sugar. Lasting sweet finish. Can't say I detected the cherries, but it's sure a fine one, and not too sweet either actually. The alcohol helps preventing that. 200619

Alene hjemme-kveld, opportunt for litt hedonistisk selvpleie i form av en 0,33 boks fra fristeriet rett sør for bygrensa. Nesten helt svart med fint skum som varer. Veien til beruselse er ofte belagt med torner og utfordringer, men her er vi i komfortsonens hovedmanesje. Sjokoladekake med bringebær- og kirsebærfyll (no pun intended), kokosmakroner og dessertkaffe. Et solid ganglag for sjelen.
