A strong contender for the new in house favourite IPA we’ve produced; we set about smashing everything together that we love about beer.

Chinook brings an old school resinous bite underlying the new school juicebomb notes from our ever dependable pairing of Azacca and Mosaic.

Silky, hazy, and juiced out to the max; this is an IPA that cascades along the palate like the dream it references.

Fruity with some Stonefruit notes of mango and nectarine, nice and juicy, some citrusy lemon and mandarin, pine needles, soft sweetish supporting malts, bitter edged hoppy finish. Nice one.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - murky yellow to orange. Thin off white head. Nose - orange and grapefruit. Some soft ripe melon too. Lurking green hop. Taste - melon, orange but green hop astringency has split this. Palate - light bodied, bitter green hop finish. Overall - better nose than taste.

Keg draught at Shiny Tap, Little Eaton, Derbyshire. It's a murky brassy gold with a tiny ring of loose-ish white head. Lightly metallic aroma with notes of overripe citrus and melon. Bittersweet in the mouth with tangerine and cantaloupe, with a medicinal note in the finish. Orange peel and a touch of compost in the aftertaste. Big, I mean really big carbonation. It's not bad but Pollys have so much more in them.
