Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a nice finger-thick white head. Some curtains. The aroma is mostly of the citrusy kind, orange dominating, both in form of orange zest and the typical kveik orange scent. Grapefruit notes in the back, and a touch of pale malts. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, with a quite nice bitterness. There's some piney and grapefruity notes in the flavor, still it's the orange that dominates, just like in the aroma. Some malty sweetness in the back, and a lasting hop-driven finish. Quite pleasant this one, well worth a revisit. 200529

Ikke en dag uten en rating er mitt motto, og i dag står denne for tur, en 0,44 boks innkjøpt på helsekostsenteret rett over bygrensa. Ingen opplysninger på boksen mht hvilke humler de har brukt, bare at de er valgt ut for å understreke kveikens kvaliteter. Uklar korngul med upåklagelig skum. Delige, balanserte toner av kveik og (citrus)frukter gjør denne velegnet som generell brukerstøtte i tilværelsen. Saftig, fyldig og med ganske mild bitterhet (eller er den ganen som er i ferd med å sløves etter nærmere 10 000 ratinger?).

Hop fruity flavours of mandarin, juicy malts, and orange, integrated kveik support. Rounded fruity finish with satisfying bitterness. Fine bodied. Pleasing.
