We love hybrids. It's always interesting to combine the best of two beer styles. This is a Kölsch style beer, but with an acidity reminiscent of a Gose. The interplay between fruity esters and the lactic acid gives this beer its life and dynamics.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours Fruits, citrus, wheat and malts. Very citric with some sourness. Clean flavours but not for me.

Gulbrun lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Vinøs lukt, noe fat og blomster. Middels fylde. Sur smak, noe svovel og floralsk lett bittersyrlig avslutning.

Smaksprøve fra fat på På Kornet juli-19: klar lys strågylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig, syrligfrisk aroma og smak med kvess. Høy gff (ganerensende forfriskningseffekt).

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20190711) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A nice complex brew with grassy and tart notes.

Excellent stuff! Nice unclear yellow pour with a fine head. Ok lacing also Looks nice and inviting Pleasant aroma with a fine intensity Lovely fresh and fine acidity balanced by a mellow fine sweetness Very fine mouth feeling Also a fine mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink Lactic, yeast, fruity, herbal, malty and citric flavor [On tap at TÆPS in Fredrikstad, Norway]

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-06 getrunken. Diese Gose ist so simpel wie wunderbar. Sehr gut balanciert und mit vollen Aroma. Feines Teil!
