330ml can from OBS Jekta. Stable off-white head to a next-to-clear copper coloured body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of berry skins and doughy malts. Subdued blackcurrant notes to the taste buds offset by malty sweetness. Slightly tart berry-fruity ending. Accepted, and okay with our hotpot food. (Tromsø 20.12.2020).

Can. It's a hazy to unclear cooper colored beer with a finger thick beige head. Some lacing. The aroma feels rather weak for a saison. Some caramel and bread, a touch of fruity sourness and berries, and a candy-like touch. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with a touch of bitterness. Rather neutral flavour too, some caramel and cookies as a backdrop for generic fruityness and berries. A faint sour touch blends in as well. Rather short-lived finish. Sure, a decent beer, but far from the most exciting saison I've had. 200424

Can shared with JFE, BG and AE at Vaaland Bryghuus 19.04.20. Cloudy orange amber. Small, white head. Sour aroma and taste of sour malt, carrots, sawdust and sorrel. Not great.

330 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 18. Slightly hazy brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of malts and blackcurrants, a hint of nutmeg. The flavour has some fruity acidity, notes of blackcurrants without being sweet nor dominant, hints of mild winter spices, moderate earthy hops. Well balanced and enjoyable.

Min gode pusher skaffer (nesten) alltid det jeg ber om, her en 0,33 boks fra guttene på Bønes: uklar brunrød kobber med fint skum som varer. En litt pussig blanding av ingefær/muskat, solbær og lys kaffe er det inntrykket jeg sitter igjen med, både mht aroma og smak. Lav bitterhet og noe bærsyrlighet i avslutningen. I tvende sinn om denne, mer interesant enn egentlig god blir konklusjonen.
