Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with no head whatsoever. Aroma has slightly sweet honey and some prickly pear with a bit of light earthiness underlying. Flavor has sweet honey and prickly pear with a bit of dryness in the finish.

On tap at Superstition DTPHX, pours a clear bronze, no head. Aroma is dominated by the prickly pear, with subdued honey depth. Flavour is gently tart and very fruity, with a sort of tart red fruit character, followed by prickly pear and medium honey sweetness. Tart, fruity and balanced. Very good but not my favourite of theirs.

Pours a darker blonde, clear. Scent is gentle, honey, really 'hugging', warm and welcoming. Taste is fairly full, honey, mild pear, bit paint-like aroma as well (might be an association i get because i'm not a big pear fan though ) less of a favorite for me.

Keg at BeaverEx 2018, day 2, 08/09/18. Golden amber pour with no head. Nose is sweet, floral, sugars, honey syrup. Taste comprises honey, light pear, hint of stoned fruits, syrup. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a kiss of booze. Ok mead ... easy going and balanced.
