Tap at Hopa, 13.5% ABV version, and supposedly with Citra&Simcoe. Clear pale golden pour, no head. Nose is big citric character, citrus zest and lemon with the obvious honey. Taste is honey sweetness, definite but not overwhelming, light hoppy bitterness, big citrus punch with some lemon zest. Closes with warming sweet finish with a citric hint, has a medium body and drinks well below the ABV.

Light hops and medium lemons on a floral base

Pours a slight hazed, white wine like pale yellow. Scent is intense, lemon zest. hops are more hidden than the Jucious Ceasar, which was citrussy as well, but less lemon zesty, obviously. Taste is fiarly thick, medium intense sweetness. natural honey, quite strong towards the finish. hop is milder, some lemon towards the end. funky, full, intense finish of rough honey. Good, but not crazy balances like Juicious ceasar is.

Bottle @Mikkeller Warsaw farewell. Pale and extra clear honey color with no foam. Nose: lime, lemon zest infused in hot water, mint. Mouth: sweet honey, sweet mouthfeel is pretty much balanced by the lemony overall which turns into a mint feel, a bit tea-like. Charming.

Taster thanks to Lukasmh! Cheers buddy. Pours clear pale yellow, still. Aroma has lots of sweet honey, grapefruit, orange, citrus, light hoppy, floral. Taste is bitter, sweet honey, grapefruit, grapes, vanilla, light caramel, floral and grassy finish. Hoppy meads doesn’t work for me that well it seems.

Herbal and hop leaf. Clear pale gold. Light herbal honey and sweetness. Green leaf and some bready notes throughout, not sure the hopping really works that well.

Bottle pours out pale straw, nose is nice sweet honey some grassy citrus notes melons as well. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey vanilla grassy citrus notes and a sweet melon.

Bottle pour at Churchkey: pours light clear gold. Aroma is tasty honey, light hops, light booze. Some light hoppiness, citrus, flowers, honey sweetness. Sticky mouthfeel afterwards. Tasty.

4-3-5-3-10 Sample from bottle, courtesy of and @ Mjøderiet. Pours clear, pale yellow, with no head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, musty currants and honey, as well as soapy notes of ginger. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, berries and soapy notes, as well as fruit pits, minerals and honey.
