Bottle shared. Clear golden with bright white head. Light flowery hops, marzipan, cloves, candy, quite sugary, light bread, dried flowers and some herbal tea. Quite sweet and light bitter. Medium sugary bodied with soft carbonation. Meh.

Jan. ’16. A 0.25 l bottle, thanks ogivlado! It poured a clear yellow body with a tiny head. Sweet aroma of white grapes, flowers, honey malt, coriander. Fine with me. Flavor was lightly sweet, elderflower juice, biscuit, vanilla and coriander. Watery, thinner in body with shorter floral finish that added a weird bitter off-note that ruined it. Not bad, but pretty empty, and could be much better for the style.

Bottled 250ml. -from E.Leclerc Grenoble. Slightly hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, weak grapes in the nose. Light spicy with notes of elder and grapes. Rather sweet finish. Nothing special here.

Thanks Ogivlado for bringing this from France. Shared with heavy and Hrabren. Golden body, small white head. Really does smell like some cheap sweet white wine. Sweet grape, elder. Ok really, sharp elder, grapey taste, quite empty, ending nowhere really, vaguely dusty. It’s the finish that kills it despite the solid start. Oh well.

Bottle. Pours rather dark blonde, clear. Good white head. Smell is swett, violets, a bit. Taste is Unexpectedly, in balance. I had the sweet, other ’Cuvee’ earlier, and that was total shit. This tastes a lot like a regular blonde, to be honest. A touch floral, perhaps, but no overkill. All and all, this is an over-populated style to me . the Touch of floral doesn’t set it appart enough to make it really interesting, but it certainly isn’t way worse than others in the style, in contradiction to what earlier ratings made me think.

*Malty beer, hints of flowers. Not too artificial, hints of caramel. The aftertaste has hints of bitterness on a floral malty body. Ok.
