Sample thanks to danlo. Thanks danlo. Hazed gold appearance, murky apple nose. Taste presents a sharp carbonation, tangy introduction, wild tangents, bright crisp character with some sweet apple pie notes. Quite different for a keeved cider.

30/1/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of baked apple, sour apple, apple pie, sulphur, touch of funk and vinegar. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy tartness. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation.

750ml wired cork bottle from Strong Water Co. Aberdeen. Slighty hazy orangey gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of musty apple, fruity. Taste is tart, tangy, baked apple note, musty, raisins, fruity with slight sourish edge and yeasty hint. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
