Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma red apples, a bit dusty, fresh juice. Taste is red apples, barn, light sweetness, dry mineraly finish. Foamy, champenoise carbonation. Very good!

750ml bottle from Pilango online. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple and funk. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, fleshy, with alittle light barnyard funk and some flowery citric notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry slightly acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Welschland, vintage 2016. Pours clear golden with a big short living head. Aroma is iron, sulfur, apple, fruit fermentation. Body is medium, apply sweet, fizzy carbonation, a bit metallic, plastic, sulfur again, but still fruity. Dry. Much like the homebrew cider we used to make when I was a kid. Softly tart. Good, but definitely a polarizing cider, not pleasing everyone.
