30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma is fruity, apply, earthy, yeasty, lightly mucky. Moderate body, medium tart. Moderate body, oily watery, low carbonation. Dry, tangy, tart and lightly salty finish. Enjoyed it.

750ml bottle. Clear golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of funk, barnyard, musty apple. Taste is tangy, tart, cider apple, fruity, sourish, funky, yeasty, woody, acidic with some drying tannin and light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared. Cloudy golden with small white head. Massive funk, dry tannins, funky apple peel, dry mineral, soft white wine. Light sweet and bitter. Crisp bodied, medium dry. Tasty!

0,33 flaske fra VP Kvaddå, delt med eiendomsmagnaten: uklar gylden med ok skum. Tydelig aroma og smak av gjær (og villgjær?) og bitre ciderepler. Mye epler, lite malt - en interessant, velsmakende og forfriskende hybrid med ganerensende effekt.

Bottle shared with Holmen1 at Bjørnøy 16.10.21. Cloudy straw colour. Strong aroma of wild yeast, cider and apple zest. Fine taste of cider, cider apples and apple zest, with leather in aftertaste. Good and interesting. Dry and astringent mouthfeel.
