Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Benjamin Satchwell (JDW). Covering beige head, clear amber body, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of biscuit and leafy hops. Brown malty flavours supported by leafy hop bitterness towards the ending. Decent bitter version. (Leamington Spa 02.02.2020).

Hand-pulled pint in The George Hotel (a Spoons) Bewdley on 22nd Feb 2014. Good deep amber body with a full and lasting white crown. Looks like a malty brew but it has a hop lead in both the aroma and taste: dry feel to the mouth with nutty and woody notes within the flavour. I really enjoyed this and would have had another pint but I was on a mission and needed to try something else before hitting the town’s brewery and more pubs.
