Can, courtesy of bergstaden. An unclear amber colored beer with a dense two- finger offwhite head leaving lacing. The aroma is piney and lightly citrusy, grapefruit mostly, with a touch of bready malts. It's medium to full bodied, with a nice carbonation. It's quite bitter, but with sufficient sweetness to bring some kind of balance to the accounts. Piney hops, grapefruit, some orange zest and a touch of grass in the flavour, on a backdrop of bready malts and some caramel. Bitter and piney finish. This is not my first encounter with this beer, but it's much better now than I remember it to be. 191012

Forsåvidt greit, men 'sinna' på en humleaktig måte. IPA skal jo ha mye humle, men det blir vanskelig å balansere når det skal være mye av noe.

330 ml can, from Bunnpris Sauda. ABV is 4.7%. Orange to amber colour, moderate white head. Aroma of piney hops, some grapefruit too. Dry flavour, moderate malts with a hint of caramel, distinct piney / resinous and grapefruity hops. Previous rating: On tap in the bar at Røros Hotell, as Røros Isle of IPA, the bartender said it was 6.2%. Deep golden to amber colour, white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma and flavour, with a good malt body. A nice standard IPA, might well buy again.

330ml can from a four-pack bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Byhaven. Remaining pearl white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Misty amber-gold body. Quite blossom fruity aromas. Hop fruity taste of citrus and stewed fruits with a light touch of malty sweetness beneath. Ends with a fruity bitter note. Soft on the swallow. Pretty nice, and the best one in the four-pack. (Hotel room, Trondheim 11.06.2019).

Amber. Middels høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Spotlacing. God aroma av tropisk frukt. Smaken tørket frukt. Tørr avslutning. Veldig bra for et 4,7%-øl.

From can at OSB 15.05.19. Clear orange golden. Frothy and persistent beige head. Aroma of dry hopping with American hops, ripe citrus, mango, Sevilla marmalade and malt. Taste of caramel malt, American hops, Sevilla marmalade, grapefruit and pine shoots. Full mouthfeel for such a low abv.
