Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 13.07.20. Bright red. Some white head. Refreshing and pure taste of sour wild raspberries, redcurrants and lactic acid. Dry, sour and astringent aftertaste and mouthfeel.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Pink to red colour, small off-white pink-ish head. Strong, distinct and pleasant aroma of raspberries, possibly also some fruitiness from the kveik. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is slightly sweet and moderately sour, again with distinct notes of raspberries. Can't say I detect the kveik, nor the oak. A nice fruit beer anyhow.

Bottle. Pale pink body with a small pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry candy. Taste is also like artificial raspberry candy, mild acidic and hint of some wood. Medium body and mostly the same aftertaste, I actually find a hint of cherry as well in the aftertaste. Not all bad, even if it’s a bit artificial it’s kinda refreshing. At least for a while, feels a bit soapy after a while. Not a hit.
