0,33 flaske fra polet i Bergen Storsenter, hos Håkon mai-20: nesten helt klar gyldenrød med kort bruseskum. Kunstig bringebærsmak (tenker på barndommens bruspulver), citronsyre og ikke så mye mer. Tynn munnfølelse.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 04/2020, from Gulating, Trondheim, 20190920) The beer poured copper coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel, raspberries and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, raspberries, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, sweet and bitter. A decent sweet and sour brew with good looks.

Bottle. A clear one, with close to no head. Berries dominates the aroma, but it reminds me more of lingonberry than raspberry. Not much else going on, except some juniper wood. It's dry, lightly tart and medium bodied, with some lemon notes in the aroma. Lingonberries, raspberry and some juniper notes. Not the most exciting sour beer available, it's lacking on complexity, big time, but there's some good things going on. 180825

Rød lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Lukter røde bær, rips, noe kirsebær og bringebær. Middels- i fylde. Smaker noe sure bær og gjær. Kort. Uten kullsyre.
