KØLF 181019. Unclear golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, rhubarb. Flavor is sourness, rhubarb , acidic, lemon. Nice beer.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a big, dense white had. Rather light in aroma, mostly like acidic berries. Flavor is light and refreshing with mild fruit and sour berries. The rhubarb is notable but has a taste closer to some kind of acidic berries. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent but a bit plain.

500 ml bottle, batch #100249, from Vinmonopolet Øvre Årdal. ABV is 5.2%. Slightly hazy straw colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of lactic acid, honey and rhubarb. Moderately sour flavour, notes of lactic acid and rhubarb.

Aroma is lactic acid and tart fruity notes of rhubarb, currants, sorrel and musty fruit peel. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of fruit peel, stone fruits, minerals and some notes of what's probably rhubarb.

Drukket på Bergstua. Lys gyldengul. Litt uklar. Lavt skum. Blir raskt film. Litt lacing. Tydelig rabarbraaroma. Smaken gjennomgående syrlig. Rabarbraen dominerer. Frisk!

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, fruit salt, minerals, grass, paper, grain, soda powder, cellar, wash cloth, yeast, cheese doodles, hints of sour fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, fruit salt, minerals, sorrel, wash cloth, grain, paper, sour fruits, popcorn, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel with a tiny grainy twist to it. Fair enough, needs to be aged for a few more months I guess...
