Bottle at No3, Mo I Rana. Good looking clear amber body with a nice tan head. Aroma has caramel malt and butterscotch. Flavor goes the same way, promising sweet caramel malt with moderate bitterness and then an unpleasant taste of butterscotch. Medium to thin bodied with a sweet, slightly harsh aftertaste ending up with butterscotch.

Fiskåbanen 290318. Dark amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, nuts. flavor is fruit, malt, hop, nuts, bread, toffee, dried fruits, spices. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle, shared by gunnfryd. An unclear dark amber colored beer with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Malty, bready aroma with a note of dark dried fruits. Some generic fruityness, apple, pear and peach I think. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Bread, toffee, dark dried fruits and some fresh fruits in the flavor. Soft bitterness. Roasted malts and toffee in the finish. Not very interesting this one. Not very good either I think. 180329

Bottle. The colour is clear mahogany with a beige small head. Malty aroma of fudge, caramel, nuts and some cocoa. The flavour is similar and pretty malty. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Balanced, malty and nice amber ale.
