Boks 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. Drukket på Bergstua. Amber. Uklar. Høyt tett skum med litt farge. Tynn teppelacing. Brødaroma. Smaken lett fruktig med hint av krydder. Uvariert. Litt lite julefølelse.

06.01.2017, 0,33l can @ home:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear light amber color. Aroma is very mild, grass, minerals, shed, wet hay, yeast, dried fruits, caramel. Taste is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, minerals, yeast, sour grass, bark, old wash cloth, paper, dried fruits, shed, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Boring, I’d rather prefer a strong edition of Vossaøl.

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 13.11.16. Dark golden. Foamy off-white head and lacing. Slighty sour aroma and taste. Hints of burnt circuit boards in taste. Dry. Gives the impression of being infected, possibly because it is brewed with "kveik" (Norwegian farmhouse yeast).
