500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - thank you very much!]. Cloudy, redd-ish brown colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Weak, (citrusy) fruity hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit and blood orange, minimally leafy overtones, rather neutral, caramel malty background. Taste is bitter and minimally citrusy fruity, hoppy, almost neutral caramel malty basis with a weak nutty touch, diluted hints of grapefruit and blood orange. Watery texture, relatively lively carbonated. So-so.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Golden amber with a loose cream head; floral aroma - perhaps a dash of elderflower? - dry, biscuity malt flavour; and a clean, lightly bitter finish. Fairly average, but a pleasant pint.
