Can. Backlog March 2018. Unclear dark brown body under a big, foamy tan head. Mild aroma that reminds me about licorice powder from my childhood (hockeypulver). Taste is sweet and salt licorice and not much more. Medium body and same aftertaste. I like the taste as I like licorice but otherwise this is not much impressive as a beer.

Almost black with a tall, frothy head. Aroma full of licorice and ash. Hints of spice. Taste is burnt, roasted bittersweet with increasing bitterness at the finish. Body to the light side of medium, a bit chalky. Interesting but also unforgiving.

0,33 boks fra Åsa Landhandleri, delt med Einar juni-19: brunsvart med fluffy skum som varer hele veien ned. Kaffe, lakrissjokolade, hint av kanel. Søtlig avslutning med lakris (naturligvis). Slank men allikevel med mange gode inntrykk.

Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, sweet licorice, roasted grain, dark sugar, lactose, dark malts, minerals, grass, toast, nuts. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Dark color with a small tan head. Roast, toffee and cold coffee in the aroma. Decent intensity. Ok body and a pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink. Bready, dark malt, roast and licorice in the flavor. Decent ok beer.

KØLF 090318. Dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma is licorice, roasted malt. Flavor is licorice, roasted malt, sugar, oranges, coffee. Nice beer.

Så og si svart farge med masse beige skum. ikke lett å helle denne i glasset uten at skummet bruser over. Lukter svakt av lakris og litt kaffe. Søt lakris i smak. faktisk veldig tydelig smak av lakris. også noe sødme og samtidig litt fruktig. Til å være en porter på 4,5 prosent synes jeg denne var meget god.

Boks 330ml fra Gulating Larvik. #0030. Drukket på Lillehøgda 17 Apr 17. Grumsete svartbrun. Høyt skum med litt farge. Skummet varer lenge. Pen lacing. Lett lakrisaroma. Smaken salt lakris. Bra men lite variert.
