Das Schönramer Grünhopfenpils ist ein saisonales Spezialbier. Der erntefrische Hopfen wird direkt vom Bauern in die Brauerei gebracht und sofort ungetrocknet verarbeitet. Dadurch entsteht der typische Geschmack der Hopfenernte, der auch im Bier erhalten bleibt.

Disig lys brun med hvitt skum. Frisk. Sitrus og urter. Fin bitterhet. En god pils.

Flute at Shelter, pours a lightly hazy gold with some great, ringing white head. Nose has grist and grass, some honey and biscuit. Flavor has yeast and grass and grist, zippy and some green pepper. Spicy finish, dry.

Flaska från Fredrik, tack! Guldig, klar med en gnutta disighet med hög vit krona. Redan i doften gröna toner, klorofyll, blommigt. Något grönare, örtigare/blommigare, grunden något torrare och friskare. Beskan smyger sig på och känns snäll i början, men efter en bit in är den rejäl. Mycket gott.

30-12-20 // 330ml bottle via Bierwichteln. Pours clear golden with a white head. Nose of pale malts and herbal, weed, hops. Aroma is defined by a pilsner malt dry semisweet body. Intense hop bitterness, with herbal, grassy aromas. Long lasting bitterness

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Fresh and enticing aroma. Green tea, hop resins and herbs in the aroma. Fresh taste with elderflower, herbs, hop resins and a pleasant dryness.

Small, just off-white head over very faintly veiled, bit greenish golden beer. Lots of sulphur in the nose, and something as decayed dried meat, or decaying vegetable matter as cucumberpeel. Sulphury hops? "Herb", the sulphur is there again, if mellowed with pale malts and dry, herbal, bit grassy hops. Bit metallic finish, copper. Quite dry, almost no slickness; medium carbonation. Unbelievable levels of sulphur here, damaging especially the nose. Thanks to Joren, purchased @ GeFeKo Berlin

Grassy, bitter, citrussy but also some notes of cheese. I like their normal pilsner more.
