330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 5.1%. Clear and very pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of peaches, lactic acid and tropical fruits. The flavour is fruity but not very sour (for a Berliner Weisse), light bodied and refreshing. Some haziness and slightly more sour when the yeast is poured in the end.

On tap at Jernteppet Ølfestival, second day. A covering white head to a hazed golden body, spotty lacing. Peachy smell, dry and mid-tart. Peachy taste joined by a piney touch, lightly tart. Dry and mid-tart ending. Quite refreshing. (Hammerfest 17.08.2019)

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark straw colour with an off-white head. Fruity aroma of mango, strawberries and grass. The flavour is similar with more straw and grass, and lemon and peaches. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Fruity, fresh and sour. Well balanced.
