Smoke Stout er en hyllest til de aller tøffeste gutta i klassen og til damer med hår på brystet. Hvis man oversetter navnet direkte får man egentlig en god beskrivelse av ølet; røkt sterk. Vi har balansert det så godt vi kan, men den er fortsatt ram.

Keg pour at Cafe Sann, Tromso. It's lightly dry smooth finish. Aromas & tastes of coffee, caramel, toffee, smoke, candy sugar & rich malt. Medium body. Sweet finish.

Sort med lys brun topp som daler sakte. (Siste av et smaksbrett på 5 øl og skummet holder bra enda) Aroma; røkt røye/lys, røyk, malt, mildt sjokolade, noe fruktig. Smak; Røyk, malt, karamell, rosiner, furu. Myk. Lett til å være røkt. Lang ettersmak.

Aroma of smoked meat, tar, tobacco. Taste of berries, grapefruit, smoked meat and grape soda

Bottled (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Deep coppery black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is roasted, some smoked, mild chocolate and some rye. Flavour is smoked, mild roasted, some spicy and mild earthy and gluelike notes.

Bottle. Dark amber body, almost black with a dense, lacing beige head. Aroma has dark malt, smoked meat and hint of chocolate. Flavor is sweet, moderate roasted, dark, smoked malt with hint of chocolate. Medium body, nice aftertaste. A nice and balanced total impression.

Opaque brown colour, small brownish head and lace. Peat and smoke and some tartness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Smoke, licorice candy and light tartness in the flavour. Has some right elements but feels like a bit off.
