Can 0,33l. Good grief: Recommended temperature 0 deg! (Had it at around 6 deg). Pale watery color. An OK white creamy head. Malty aroma. Sweet malty flavor with a touch of bitterness. Dull, dull, dull. --- Beer merged from original tick of Spesial Chili Blonde on 17 Aug 2018 at 18:30 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5. Original review text: Boks fra COOP Bjerkaker. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gylden. Uklar. Lavt skum. Beskjeden krydderaroma. Smaken lett fruktig - som raskt blir overdøvet av chilien. Uvariert.

Can, 4.7%. Served eisbocked at Papsø’s. Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Grainy flavour, seems clean. Could have been a lot worse. Its frozen state probably does it well, separating some of the water.

(Can 33 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Cloudy golden with a white head. Very neutral aroma - a whiff of malt. Medium body, rather sweet and clean malts. Perhaps a bit stronger than intended as I chilled this a bit too much...sorta making an ice pale lager. No real bitterness. 180807 --- Beer merged from original tick of Spesial Chili Blonde on 23 Jul 2024 at 15:03 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a rough, off-white head. Fruity, yeasty nose - very Belgian - with a slight spiciness. Medium body, very fruity with plenty of bubblegum and banana - but dry. The chili is just a slight tingle on the tongue. Dry finish. Surprisingly good actually. 230724

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with huge white head. Grainy nose. Thick mouthfeel as served just above 0 degrees celcius. Grainy flavour, slight bitter. Finish is quite grainy too. Heavy flavoured, but sadly one-dimensional. I had the chance to taste something from the remaining content of the can as Hildigöltur forced me to try some, obviously the melted ice was even more watery and bad. The rating covers the initial sample.

Can. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. No aroma. Light bitter flavor. Light bitter short finish, but at least its got bitterness. It is far better than standard danish dishcount beer, but probably more expensice. Watery palate. I think this is almost an OK beer not terrible at all.

Two 330ml cans. Served chilled, but not as cold as recommended on the can (zero degrees celsius). Clear, pale golden body colour. Slowly diminishing white foam. Very poor aroma, only some freshness. Flavour has got some flat hop presence, otherwise it tastes like sweet malted water. Carbonated and soapy mouthfeel. Thin palate (Vardø and Tromsø 01.07 and 04.07.2007). --- Beer merged from original tick of Spesial Chili Blonde on 27 Jun 2017 at 12:49 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4. Original review text: 500ml can from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Slowly diminishing snow white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Hazy pale-yellow body. Modest smell of malted wheat and ripe lemon. Lemon, coriander and wheat to the taste buds followed by a moderate chili touch to the finish. Rather watered in the mouth. Not more than accepted. (27.05.2017).

330 ml slimline can. "To be served at 0 degrees C" = on the verge of freezing, which says a lot about Hansa’s ambitions with this beer. Defiantly I drank the beer at normal fridge temperature - and it was somewhat better than I feared! Pale golden colour, head goes from huge to none. Moderate fruity aroma. Fairly clean pilsener flavour, slightly lemony, hints of alcohol, very moderate hops. Moderate carbonation, soft mouthfeel. I’ve had worse beers - at least this one is drinkable.

Big white fine-laced lasting head. Pale yellow body. Light yeasty aroma with notes of straw and rubber. Yeasty straw taste, quite mild. Dryish, empty aftertaste. I could live without this. (0.33l can. Rated straight from the fridge.)

Can. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is hidden malt and grain. Flavour is also hidden very well.
