Nyt.

0.33l bottle from #322. Wow, already at batch 322? That's impressive. This is a dark amber, almost copper colored one, cloudy and with a medium sized superbly lacing off-white head. Smells sweetish, mild and caramel - toffee like. A tiny little smoked earthy hint in the blend also. Smells decent, though perhapd not exactly mine kind of aroma. A little bit of the same in the taste also with a hint of smoke. It's also quite Christmassy to my surprise. Cardamom and cloves. Strange stuff to put in an ESB, so I guess they actually haven't. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's below average, almost soft on the carbonation. There's also something slightly darkish over this. Coffee soaked in rye bread? Easy to drink, and I actually don't mind the flavors at all. 22.05.2015

Bottle, batch 322. Pours maroon, with a mocha creamy head receding to a thin layer. Aroma is sweet, with roasted malts with grain, kandi and nuts, as well as notes of berries, and spicy hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet roasted malts, with grain, cocoa and notes of smoky wood,  kandi and berries, as well as citrusy hops lingering through the finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a huge and lively off-white head. Very fruity nose. Rich, malty body, solid caramel, Fruity, has a light rubbery edge. Sufficient bitterness. Quite a solid example of a not so interesting style. Slow gusher. 060716

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Naama. Clear reddish amber with a beige head. Aroma of malt, toast, earthy hops, fruity note. Sweetish flavor, malty, with toast, caramel, biscuit, a light salty note, a fruity note, and some bitterish earthy hops. Medium-bodied. Decent.
