Saison is a Belgian beer style, which used to be brewed during winter on farms for consumption in spring, summer and fall. Our Saison is light and fruity, which makes it the perfect company for seafood. You could enjoy this ale in the shades of pine trees on Srebrna beach, listening to the sounds of the sea and caressed by the mistral. Bottle. Malty aroma, hoppy notes, spicy notes. Tastes the same as aroma, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty and hoppy bitter finish. Ok.

12 oz bottle poured, picked up at Gastro Pomalo, Dubrovnik. Cool to find a saison here! Gonna keep looking for different styles in the region. Cloudy golden pour, and quite bright. Straw grains on the aroma, but underneath some slight tart impressions. Not quite a sour saison, but has a funky side to it. I like it. Cream body. Lemon zest like character. Has some distinct wheat character to it as well. A really interesting saison here, to my surprise. Yum!

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, grasses and fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with yeasts and grasses. Fine Saison.

Bottle@Jespers - Yellow golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and grassy and floral hoppy, light citric spice, straw, hay, grassy floral hoppy close.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is estery, slight fruity. Mild sourish, fruity, estery. Lingering fruity and slight spiced finish.

Black pepper, fermented apple, yeast, wheat, slightly citric. Tart, with light bitterness, dry. Good!

Bottle 0.33l at Konoba Bako, Komiža, Vis island. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, white wine, fruity, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, strongly yeasty, malty, spicy. Medium bodied.
Not bad.

Bottled. A hazy golden Beer with a huge yellowish Head. The aroma has notes of spices, hos, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, hops, yeast, and malt leading to a bitter finish.
