Keg, third pint at The Cock Tavern. Filmy layer blanketing the glass. Next to clear amber coloured body. Mild aromas of dried fruits and earthy malts. Likewise, the taste profile is made up by dried fruits, and earthy malts. Fruit bitter ending. Soft and dry on the swallow. Pleasing (Hackney, London 13.07.2014)

Cock Tavern. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and a little crisp. Light airy malt, fluffy cream. Hops are a lovely combination of mild citric peel, floralness, mild lime and subtle tropical fruits. Finishes airy with a touch of sweet ester. Citric peel bitterness lingers on. Tasty and very drinkable.

Keg at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a foamy, white head. The aroma has jammy citrus and moderate pine. Medium sweet avor with dirty pine, toasted grass, light earth, lots of orange rind, light marmalade. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation and somewhat oily texture. Fairly resinous on the finish with more jammy citrus, orane, general rind, pine, light grainy bread. Not bad.

Keg at the bulgeing Cock, Saturday 05/07/14. Golden amber with a well appointed off white head. Nose is earthy hops, mango, pine, caramel malts, bitter citric peel. Taste comprises mandarin, orange pith, straw, trace of vanilla, Caramac bar, bitter grapefruit, earthy hop action. Medium bodied, fine carbonation laced with hop biterness and a piney lick. Solid APA, quite the bitter bastard, not from the juicy mellow citrics camp!
