From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish, brilliant, worth very limited foam, fine. Aroma is surely red fruits, quite tangy and citrus, plus a clear bacteric feeling. Body is light, with good carbonation and some astringency. Taste is quite sour and also salty. Little sweetness. Finish is short and clean.

Clear rosé red color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Tart raspberry, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a raspberry character and notes of yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a raspberry and cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1-2 finger foamy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big tart/juicy raspberry, cherry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/juicy raspberry, cherry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart raspberry, cherry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness balance; slightly puckering but never astringent after the finish. Moderate dryness from acidity and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic, and slightly tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.8%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Berliner weisse! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the balanced acidity/sourness. Great fruit presence in balance with the base style. Nice body/mouthfeel for the low ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pours clear, dark red. Small white to pink head. Smell is earthy, green raspberry. Mild sourness. Taste is rather dry. mild raspberry taste. Very distant sourness, very gentle on that part. High, but agreeable carbo. rather thin body. Dry ending, bit malty . Ok in general, but i’ve tasted far more intense beers in this style / with this fruit, so I feel a bit left down by this. Still very OK though.

Metallic-clear bright red beer under an unever pink head, slowly going with lots of bubbling noises. Intense fruity nose - raspberry, but as much cranberry and even beetroot? - for the colour? Ever so faintly spicy. Sour (pretty sour, actually), lactic, fruitacids, raspberry, but all - flat, no depth, no complexity. Acidthinning (actually quite high ABV for a Berliner Weisse). Carbonation knocked out fast. This could have been much more, IMHO.

Tap at BarHop. Slight hazy dark pink with bright light pink head. Lots of raspberries, tart red berries, light dough and lemon, soft minerals. Under medium sweet and very light sweet. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Nice fruits here.

Super hazy pink coloured body with almost no head at all. Aroma of raspberries, icing sugar, light wheat and very little else. Light-bodied; Super sour flavour at first with tons of fresh raspberries, a touch of cherries and some lemon freshness as well - very sour. Aftertaste shows some wheat and grass elements, but this is all about the sour notes, the very light body and a bunch of raspberry and fruit flavours as well. Overall, a nice and super light beer - easy to drink in the heat (sad to say) of Toronto! I sampled this 37,5 cL bottle purchased a few hours ago from the LCBO on Spadina @ King (511) on 08-August-2016 for CA$3,95 sampled in my hotel room here in downtown Toronto on 08-August-2016 a few hours before leaving for Hawaii!
