Cask at the Royal Standard, Wooburn Common. A dark straw colour with a thin white head; grassy aroma; biscuity body with a lemongrass taste and an watery bitterness. Quite pleasant.

Cask ale, half-pint at Flying Horse Hotel. Bright pale golden body. Fair lacing from a pearl white head. Distant aroma of mid-sweet fruits. Taste of ripe lemon followed by a dough fruity ending. So and so. (Watch TV football with Leif, Rochdale 05.05.2018).

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 31st May 2017. Pale Gold with shallow white lacing foam. Lemony citrus aroma. Nutty malts and tangy citrus in-mouth, and a vibrant combination of the two in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body.

Cask @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Paler clear golden with a smooth head. Mainly hoppy, with an underlying sweetness, and a dryness. There’s a sugary berry-sweetness in its nose. Has a fairly smooth texture.
