On tap at The Bishops Arms Malmö Plaza. Pours clear gold with a white head. Very grainy and rustic nose with some saison yeast. Flavour also has a very grainy malts character, gentle tart yeast, slightly astringent finish. Very light carbonation. It's okay.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Grapefruitschil, limoenschil, ook de witte schilletjes, limoensap, herbaal, hint van dood gist/plastic maar niet storend gelukkig, bitter en licht zuur, redelijk fris, bittere finish. Medium body. Apart, best lekker.

Panda at home, thanks to Edward Danlo, 09/03/23. Almost clear golden orange with a just off white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is herb, lemon rind, hedgerow, leafy, lemon rind, straw. Taste comprises farmyard tones, hay bale, lemon nip, herb, grains, straw, light funk dusting, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tangy edge. Pleasing enough Saison.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is earthy hop, earthy hop, seaweed, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee, lemon rind. white sugars. earthy sugars. Palate is semi sweet, tangy citrus, moderate carbonation. ok.

750ml bottle. Golden colour, off-white foam head and aroma of yeast, spicy, citric rind, candy hint. Taste is sweetish, pale malt, wheat, and yeasty, fruity, citric, spicy, funk, with some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying light bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Musty barnyard, biscuit malt, and dry hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice off-white head. Minimally sweet citrus, biscuit malt, lightly sour funky Brett, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Good body.
