Musty barnyard, biscuit malt, and dry hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice off-white head. Minimally sweet citrus, biscuit malt, lightly sour funky Brett, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Good body.

Publick House draught, 8/2/22. Moderately hazy, light amber-copper-maize. Thick, medium-sized, butter-tinted, off-white head shows strong retention. Deep, intense, yet somewhat subtle spice involves black pepper and fresh herbs reminiscent of dill. Mineral water and well attenuated, honey-forward pale malts. Clean, with a controlled Brett funk. Smells very similar to Dupont on the Sacch. side of things. Just a hint of sulphur barnyard on the very end. Soft, malty, wonderfully-textured and well-attenuated. Fluffy almost. A bit of saccharine-like character threatens to detail the show at first but it passes, transitioning into black pepper and hop (??) bitterness. Herbs and soft, mildly fruity, moderately tart Brett. Growing more bitter on the finish as it warms. Wow. Fantome has cleaned up their act. And is now hopping some of their beers generously (or is it coriander as others suggest?). Crazy.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up online. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fading, foamy white head. Moderate sweetness, lots of lemon peel, grass, an almost plastic bite, hay, wheat flakes. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Subtle warmth in the finish, some lemon-lime notes, almost zest, mild grassy bitterness, low yeast expression. Novel, fairly drinkable.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is malty, floral and spicy. Dry, fruity and spicy flavour with grassy hops and a really bitter finish.

Sample from the bottle at Stadin Panimo, Helsinki. Thanks mjs! Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Ripe fruits, Belgian yeast, grass and malts. Heavy and little bit of harsh.
