Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness and vegetables. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long tart, manlty and grainy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Cloudy peach colour, large white head. Aroma of lactic acid, carrot juice, sea water, hints of mild spices. Moderately sour and fruity flavour, notes of carrot juice and lactic acid, a hint of salt and lime. Refreshing.

330ml bottle @Kampen Bistro in company of TheCellarer, my sister and brother in law. Reccomendation with cod dinner. Unclear golden body, tiny head that leaves a small ring around the edge. Lemon, carrots and oranges, more acidic notes in taste. Medium body. Not what I would sit and drink, but went very well with cod.

Bottle at Gulating Pub Bod�. The colour is hazy orange with a smal off-white head. Aroma of carrot, earth, lemon and grass. Flavour of hay, carrot, lemon, litchi and some nutmeg. Has a light and slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Sour and fruity. A nice and creative beer.

Cloudy orange in the glass. Just a small layer on top Fine intensity in the aroma. Lime more or less Pleasant and fine acidity. Easy to drink Carrot? 330ml bottle as Gulrot Gose, delivery from Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Crystal clear pale golden body, dissipating white head, poor lacing. Modest smell of ripe citrus and bread-like malts. Lemon acidity to the taste profile, a subdued taste of carrots from the sediments at the bottom of the bottle. Drying end. Okay cleanser, not my kind of taste though. (Tromsø 03.05.2020).
