Bottle. Unclear, amber body with a huge, dense tan head. Not much aroma here, weak malt and yeast. Flavor is sweetish malt, dry fruit and a slightly touch of spices, low bitterness. Fine balanced body, medium aftertaste that ends quite sweet. Not very impressive but drinkable.

330ml bottle at Cafe Sånn. A creamy off-white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Hazy red-brownish body. Rather vague aromas of doughy malts, mid-sweet. Taste of bread-like malts, dark fruits and a twist of toffee. Ends mid-sweet with hints of yeast. Soft in the mouth. Okay, had expected more though. (Tromsø 11.04.2020).

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy mahogany colour with a huge beige head. Overcarbonated. Aroma of leather, raisins, forest floor, nuts and bread crumbs. Malty flavour with bread crumbs, leather, nuts, some alcohol and grass. Has a slick muth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Malty and tasteful.

330 ml bottle, Lot 2418, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%, IBU 24. Dark brown colour, huge beige head (like most beers from this brewery, it is overcarbonated). Aroma of prunes and other dark dried fruits, caramel and brown bread. The flavour is fruity (prunes and other dark dried fruits again) with some caramel, but is not too sweet. Hints of brown bread with syrup, noticeable hops in the finish. Decent beer.
