A West Coast Pilsner. Its got the classic Pilsner cleanliness and bitterness, combined with old school Mosaic to give wonderful balance, and fruity top notes, with an undeniably full flavoured lager running throughout.

440ml can purchased at Vinmonopolet City Nord in Bodø. Pours a misty golden-yellow body, loose white head reduced to a few patches, clingy lacing. Moderate smell of grassy hops and green grapes, Mixed taste profile of canned fruit, grass and grain. Bone dry ending with a discreet bittersweet twist. Satisfying. (Bodø Panorama 11.11.2020).

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with a good bit of husky bitterness, nips of grass, some white grape, semi-ripe lemon, orange peel, suggestions of biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more white grape, stale biscuits, a little flinty dryness, grass. Not bad.
