A classic mid amber coloured English bitter. Brewed with English first gold and Slovenian Celiea for a full-bodied and fruity hop aroma. A hint of black malt gives a delicate round rich favour and a hint of dryness. A great session beer.

Bottle from Alder Carr Farm Shop, Needham Market. Clear amber coloured ale with a very small head. Bitter, but it's not quite as pronounced as the label on the bottle suggests as light tasting caramel malts subdue this. These are best in aroma.

Bottle from Alder Carr Farm Shop. Floral malty aroma. Light brown. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Medium bitter. Some sourness and a pinch of pepper. Underlying malts. Thin. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Was expecting an uninspiring bitter but this keeps things interesting.
